Our dance lessons currently cost £36 for one hour and £18 for half an hour and they usually take place at weekends.
Due to the nature of our work, we can be away for weeks at a time - this means our lesson times can get booked up far in advance.
We teach private lessons on the same days that we run practice sessions. Please see the table on the right for the sessions we will be running for the rest of 2011.
(Please note that the information in the table is subject to change, so please confirm with us if you are hoping to attend.)
Private lessons are available by appointment only, so if you are interested in booking lessons, or simply want to enquire, please contact us.
Please see “Where we teach” for details about the venue.

Our dance workshops also take place at the Redbridge Social Centre and focus on a few dances.
Workshops are generally aimed at dancers who have had previous experience, but we are flexible and respond to those who attend.
Beginners, however, may find certain aspects rather challenging.
Our workshops can also cover technique such as hold, poise and floorcraft.
You can come singly or in a couple. We would encourage couples to dance with others as this can speed up learning, but this is not mandatory. If there aren’t enough partners to go round, we will dance with you.
If you’d like any more information, please contact us.
On teaching days, we generally run practice sessions in the evenings. These run from
8.30pm until 11pm and often include some teaching elements as well as light refreshment
and a selection of Ballroom and Latin music. Each practice session costs £5 to attend.
See the table below for dates…
(See “Where we teach” for details about the venue.)
We have taught many couples for their “First Dance” as a married couple. Whatever the level of dance-experience either partner has had previously, we can tailor-make you a routine to your music that will ensure that you feel entirely comfortable on the big day. If you haven’t yet chosen a piece of music, we can also help with that.
Don’t forget to consider the impact your shoes and dress will have on your ability to move on the dance floor (and that goes for the bride as well!).
If you’re not sure, call me (Carole-Ann) on 020 8491 6694 or 07931 555 743 and we can discuss your requirements.
You can have as many or as few lessons as you feel you need before the wedding, and you can also attend the practice sessions if necessary. Who knows - you may get bitten by the bug and decide to keep dancing?!
